How To Order

Step 1: Select Item
Find the item your are interested through product category selection or product search.

Step 2: Add to Cart
Click the “Add to Cart” button to add items to your shopping carts 
If you would like to continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” button and repeat Step 2. 
If you want to change the quantity of the product you want to purchase, key in the new product quantity and click the “Update” button. If you have completed adding your items, click the “Checkout Now” button.

Step 3: Checkout
If you are a new customer, you are requested to create an account with epthoncraft.com during the check out. If you are an returning customer, please login to complete the check out. 

Step 4: Address Book
Check the billing and shipping address to ensure the product is shipped to the correct address. 

Step 5: Shipping Method
Select the desired shipping method, at the moment we use City-Link Express Courier only. 
Add comments about your order at the bottom text area (optional).

Step 6: Payment Method
Select the payment method. We accept Bank transfer, PayPal and Credit Cards. Confirm the payment.

Step 7: Confirm Order
If everything is correct, please click the "Confirm Order" button. An order receipt will be send to your email. Please kindly proceed with the payment and please notify us through email/tel/fax if payment has already been made. We will contact you via email/tel once your order are ready to deliver.
