1) How do I check my enquiry/order status?
You can log into your account to check your enquiry status. We send a ‘confirmation’ email upon your enquiry, followed by a ‘tracking’ email after we have processed and delivered your item.
2) What are the terms of delivery?
Normal delivery of goods requires 2-4 weeks to reach your specified destination within Malaysia after we received your payment. We do courier our goods for faster delivery and depending where you live in Malaysia, it may take as little as a few days to reach.
3) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, with the buyer bearing all shipping charges necessary.
4) Do you ship to postal office box address (PO Box)?
For security purposes, our postal agents require a signature from the buyers upon receiving our delivered items. Therefore, it is not possible to send our goods to PO Box addresses.
5) How do I make payments?
We accept payments via credit card, paypal and online bank transfer. Please visit our payment page for more details. Goods are immediately delivered upon payment.
